These Terms govern your use of Admilang (the “Service”), operated by Boas Natanael Hvalic (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Admilang is an online language-learning application that helps you study Latvian through interactive lessons and spaced-repetition reviews.
AdmiLang is currently provided as a Beta release. This means features may change, be added, or be removed without notice; the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no service-level agreement; and learning data, progress, lessons, or accounts may need to be reset, migrated, or deleted as we improve the product. We will give reasonable notice for destructive changes when possible, but cannot guarantee it during Beta. Paid Pro and Supporter contributions remain governed by sections 6 and the Refund Policy.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access; introduce malware; scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service; or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
The Service, including all software, content, branding, and lesson materials, is owned by Boas Natanael Hvalic and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as provided.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Admilang Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where excluded by law (fraud, death, personal injury).
We may update the Service and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Boas Natanael Hvalic's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
