Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Admilang Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled directly by us. Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund:

1. Contact us through the in-app support channel with the email address you used to subscribe.
2. We review and, where eligible, issue the refund to your original payment method.
3. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Renewal cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the “Manage subscription” link in your profile. Once cancelled, you will keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
