Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Admilang Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Admilang transactions. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to subscribe.
2. Use the “Get help” option to request a refund.
3. You can also contact us through the in-app support channel and we will assist.

Renewal cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the “Manage subscription” link in your profile. Once cancelled, you will keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
